Yamira, a name that makes her enemies tremble at the mere thought of her. For hundreds of years, she had guarded her people on the outlying borders with almost zealous fervor, until recently she felt the CALL to use her considerable talents to become a Demon Guardian for mortals.
Her first charge lived to a ripe old age before passing away from natural causes. This gave Yamira a feeling she had never known before...grief. She had become close to this charge. However, she had known the outcomes for those whose lives Demon Guardians protect. And thus, she endeavored to have another charge placed within her protection. Her newest charge, she had learned, already was around other immortal creatures and had took it upon herself to try and protect those tiny beings as well. However, not everything went as planned... While staying in the home of the charge her oldest friend protects before heading out to her new charge, Yamira chanced upon a inviting looking drink...a nectar if you will. As she drank it, she immediately felt the effects. Her body shrank and her once proud dragon-like wings disappeared only to have butterfly-like wings appear on her back. Needless to say, she was pissed off. A few of those tiny beings, known as fairies, resided in this home as well. One of those fairies took it upon herself to transform Yamira so she would be able to fit in better in her new charge's place. Yamira's friend, the Demon Guardian only known as Ravager, laughed and tried to point out the new size advantages. Now, she is trying to figure out how to change back, but as a Demon Guardian first, she will protect her new charge with the best of her abilities while trying to ignore the practical joke urges her new form seems to bring out... This newest Demon Guardian is a whole lot different than the others that were done because of her situation with the fairy nectar.
